Nurse Aide Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
- Knowledge of basic patient care procedures
- Able to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods of time
- Able to lift and transfer patients, up to 50 lbs
