Job Summary: As an Entry-Level CCNA Network Technician, you will join our team to assist in the maintenance and optimization of our organization's network infrastructure. This role is designed for individuals who have earned their Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification and are eager to gain practical experience in a professional setting.

• Network Monitoring: Monitor network performance and security, identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure optimal uptime.
• Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving network problems, including connectivity issues, latency, and configuration errors.
• Network Maintenance: Assist with routine network maintenance tasks, such as firmware upgrades, patch management, and hardware replacements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate network documentation, including network diagrams, asset inventory, and configuration records.
• User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, helping them resolve connectivity and network-related problems.
• Security Compliance: Assist in implementing and maintaining network security protocols and policies to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the network team to plan and implement network upgrades and improvements while adhering to best practices.

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
