IT Systems Engineer Job Summary

- Develop and maintain system documentation, such as system diagrams and configuration management plans.

- Work closely with the development and operations teams to ensure system reliability and scalability.
IT Systems Engineer Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering and/or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, including Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Expertise in system scripting and automation.
