• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited surgical technology program preferred.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential or equivalent certification in the respective country.
• Proven experience as a Surgical Technician, preferably in an international or multicultural healthcare environment.
• Proficient understanding of surgical instruments, equipment, and sterilization techniques.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic practices and infection control procedures.
