  • Develop and implement employee relations programs and policies to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Administer payroll and benefits including processing new hires, terminations, and other changes
  • Assist with the development and implementation of performance management systems
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain employee records, such as compensation and benefits information
  • Resolve employee disputes and provide guidance and support to employees

Human Resource (HR) Generalist Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
