Home Care Aide Job Summary

Home Care Aide Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist with ambulation and mobility, including assisting with getting in and out of bed, chairs, and wheelchairs

- Assist with medication reminders and other care related tasks
Home Care Aide Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in home care, health care, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Able to work flexible hours and weekends
- First Aid and CPR Certifications
- Must pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
