Job Summary: As a Grocery Shopper, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately fulfilling customer orders by selecting, packing, and delivering groceries. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and customer service focus will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

• Utilize shopping lists to select and retrieve requested grocery items accurately and efficiently
• Inspect items for quality, freshness, and expiration dates
• Carefully pack selected groceries in an organized and efficient manner to ensure safe transportation and delivery
• Arrange items to prevent damage during transit and maintain food safety standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, helpful, and attentive to customer needs and preferences
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
• Monitor product availability and report out-of-stock items to the appropriate personnel
• Assist in restocking and organizing shelves to maintain a well-organized store
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and accurate order fulfillment
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, including shopping carts and equipment
• Adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders
• Knowledge of grocery products and brands is preferred
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
