Job Summary: As a Security Escort, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe and secure movement of individuals within a designated area. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment by providing escort services to authorized personnel and guests. This position requires a keen sense of awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to potential security threats.

• Escort Services: Safely escort individuals, including employees, visitors, and VIPs, within the premises, ensuring they reach their destination without any security concerns.
• Vigilance: Maintain a high level of alertness and vigilance to identify and assess potential security risks. Report any suspicious activities or incidents promptly to the security team.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with security personnel, providing updates on movement and potential security issues. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient security operation.
• Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergency situations and assist in the implementation of emergency protocols. This may include guiding individuals to safety or providing support during evacuations.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all individuals under escort, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of escorted individuals, noting time of departure, destination, and time of arrival. Ensure that all relevant information is properly documented and reported.
• Equipment Management: Responsible for the proper handling and care of security equipment, including communication devices and identification badges. Report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Policy Compliance: Adhere to and enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring that all activities are in line with the organization's security standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in security procedures and protocols is a plus.
• Possession of a valid security guard license or relevant certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Must be in good physical condition to perform duties, including walking, standing, and occasionally lifting or moving objects.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail to identify potential security risks.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals, including employees, guests, and VIPs.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a security team.
• Basic training in emergency response and first aid is advantageous.
