Clinical Medical Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant, or completion of an accredited medical assistant program
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to maintain patient confidentiality
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
