Child Care Associate Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential required within 6 months of hire
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification required
- Proven record of effective communication and ethical professional decision-making
- Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
