Child Care Associate Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential required within 6 months of hire
  • CPR/First Aid/AED certification required
  • Proven record of effective communication and ethical professional decision-making
  • Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
