Job Summary: As a Bottle Server, you will be an integral part of our hospitality team, responsible for efficiently managing and serving beverages to customers in a timely and friendly manner. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will contribute to creating an outstanding guest experience.

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and accuracy in the presentation and taste
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies, garnishes, glassware, and other necessary items
• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the establishment, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
• Take beverage orders accurately, engaging with customers to understand their preferences and making appropriate recommendations
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
• Input orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, including proper handling of cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area, including regular cleaning of glassware, utensils, bar equipment, and workstations
• Organize and restock inventory to ensure availability of beverages and supplies during operational hours
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to alcohol service, including verifying legal drinking age and refusing service when necessary
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all staff and customers

• Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele
• Knowledge of different types of beverages, cocktails, and drink recipes
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, managing time and priorities effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) during the shift
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus
