  • Develop and implement behavior plans in home, school, and community settings
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision of RBTs
  • Monitor, track, and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Complete progress reports and other documentation

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • At least two years of experience working with individuals with special needs
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
