What is a wraparound program?

A Wraparound Program is a comprehensive, individualized approach to providing support and services for children, youth, and families with complex needs. The program brings together a team of professionals, family members, and community resources to develop and implement a personalized plan of care. The goal is to ensure that all aspects of a person's life—emotional, social, educational, and physical—are addressed in a coordinated and holistic manner.
