As an event producer, your duties include working on every aspect of an event from before the doors open until after the event ends. The execution of the event on the event day is one of your key responsibilities. However, planning the event is also significant part of the production process. When you coordinate events, you work with vendors to ensure each piece falls in place. Your role requires you to act both as creative director and manager and you supervise a significant number of staff and vendors across all departments and operations. Other duties include creating floorplans, overseeing decor, inspecting event sites, and managing the event budget assigned by the client.
