What does a safety analyst do?

A safety analyst works as a compliance specialist for a given company. Your job duties include supervising the practices of the business to ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are being followed. You review reports of energy use, employee sickness and injuries, and other factors that reflect on safety compliance. Starting a career as a safety analyst requires a bachelor’s degree in environmental science or a related field. Course work or a dual major in business management is a plus for this job.
