What do quality raters do?
Career: Rater
Quality raters collect and review data related to the performance of various tasks or services at a company. You are there to ensure that the company or department is meeting certain efficiency and quality standards. In the customer service industry, you’re responsible for making sure the company complies with regulations, identifying and resolving issues, and collecting and entering data related to these procedures. As an ad quality rater or web search evaluator, you provide feedback on search results, ads, and content to help improve search engine results, so searchers receive relevant answers to their questions. Quality evaluators work for call centers and rate performance based on a scorecard provided by the employer for quality assurance.
