How to become a die designer?

There are no academic qualifications for becoming a die designer, although most in this career have at least a high school diploma, and some may also obtain an associate’s degree. You can learn the majority of the skills needed for the job through an apprenticeship. Die designer apprenticeships can take up to four years to complete, but they teach you everything you need to know to move forward in your career. You need to learn how to properly and effectively use CAD software for creating blueprints for your designs and how to use molding machines for forging your creations.
