How to become a case picker?

Training and a CDL license are the primary qualifications for a case picker. There are no formal education requirements for this job. You may not even need a high school diploma or GED certificate. You only need on-the-job training to start a career. Your training takes place under a supervisor who teaches you essential safety procedures and critical skills for your role. Customer service, hand-eye coordination, and listening skills are necessary for this job. Physical strength and stamina are also crucial to many aspects of your work. This position also requires a CDL license to transport cargo in a large truck.
