How to become a batcher?

The qualifications to become a batcher depend on the type of industry in which you work. However, many of the skills and characteristics of a batcher are similar regardless of industry. You should have a high school diploma or a GED certificate. You need the ability to follow direction carefully and ensure each batch meets the exact specifications set out by the engineer or other manufacturing technicians. A strong eye for detail, excellent organization, and verbal communication skills are important.
