Visual managers work nights and weekends, and those who work in corporate office settings still often visit their stores in the morning and on weekdays, so having a flexible schedule is necessary. Some employers require five years of experience in visual-related positions in addition to a two or four-year degree. You should also be able to lift 25 pounds, climb ladders, and operate equipment for large displays.
