    The U.S. Government has a critical and growing need for secure, domestically sourced semiconductor technologies to support mission critical capabilities. Intel has been selected for the Secure Enclave program, delivering advanced, secure silicon through its leading 18A process node and packaging technologies.
    Intel's Government Technology Group is seeking an experienced Foundry Solutions Architect to drive customer engagement and business outcomes aligned with mission requirements. This role combines deep technicalexpertisewith strong business acumen to accelerate adoption of Intel Foundry Services. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, strong customer-facing experience, and a deep understanding of semiconductortechnologies workingat the intersection of engineering and business to support government and defense customers.
    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with customers and Business Development to design tailored Intel Foundry solutions

    • Support the full sales cycle from engagement through delivery

    • Provide technical leadership in presentations, demonstrations, and solution design discussions

    • Develop proposals, reference architectures, and proof-of-concept solutions

    • Collaborate with engineering teams tovalidatefeasibility andoptimizedesigns

    • Drive competitive positioning, pricing, and contract negotiations

    • Deliver technical documentation, implementation roadmaps, and risk mitigation plans

    Domain Expertise

    • Build deep knowledge of Intel Foundry Services, roadmaps, and IP offerings

    • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and USG/DIB market dynamics

    • Understand semiconductor supply chain, pricing models, and contract structures

    Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer technical stakeholders

    • Partner across engineering, business development, and marketing teams

    • Translate customer needs into actionable technical and business solutions

    • Contribute market insights to influence product and roadmap strategy

    Pipeline and Opportunity Management

    • Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities

    • Maintainaccuratepipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM systems

    Sales Enablement and Market Development

    • Develop technical collateral for U.S. Government and defense markets

    Qualifications:

    The Minimum qualifications arerequiredto be initially considered for this position.Minimum qualifications listed below would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experience and / or schoolwork/classes/research. The preferred qualifications are in addition to theminimumrequirements and are considered a plus factor inidentifyingtop candidates.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • U.S. Citizenshiprequired

    • Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance required, with the ability to obtain andmaintainTS/SCI

    • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

    • 7+years of experience in semiconductor design, foundry services, technical sales, solutions engineering, business development, or other customer-facing technical roles

    • Experienceof semiconductor manufacturing processes, design flows, and foundry business models

    • Experience with advanced process nodes (7nm and below), including chiplets and advanced packaging

    • Experiencewith EDA tools, PDKs, and modern design methodologies

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Post graduatedegree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

    • Experience in semiconductor, silicon, or integrated hardware/software solutions

    • Experience supporting U.S. Government (USG) or Defense Industrial Base (DIB) environments

    • Proven ability to support customer engagements, develop solutions, and effectively position technical offerings

    • Experiencewith federal contracting and procurement processes

    • Experience with consultative, solution-based selling approaches

    • Experience working with Business Development and sales/marketing organizations

    • Experiencetranslatingcomplex technical concepts into clear customer value propositions

    Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $142,060.00-279,600.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.     Work Model for this Role
