Join the best emergency medicine group on the East Coast!

Emergency Service Associates is a thriving democratic group with stable contracts since 1968 offering a rare opportunity to join our family as a colleague and partner. Currently serving 4 EDs on the Eastern Shore of Maryland & Delaware including a regional trauma/stroke/cardiac center, 2 community hospitals, and a low volume rural site. Amazing location with access to beaches and low cost of living. Shareholder option is available within 3 years although all full time employees receive equitable hourly and productivity-based compensation with fantastic benefits totaling >$280/hr, including a fully-funded 401k.
