    Join Our Team as an Automotive Service Writer!

    Are you passionate about the automotive industry and providing top-notch service to customers? Look no further! At Patterson's Precision auto repair, we have been helping Nolensville with their automotive service needs since 1992. Our team is dedicated to providing the best automotive service to our clients at a competitive price. If you have a background in automotive service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

    Daily Responsibilities:

    • Service advisors call with estimates and maintenence recomondations
    • Create Digital Vehicle Inspections of service and maintenance recommendations 
    • Building estimates for service and maintenance 
    • Quality Control Inspections after work is compleated
    • Maintain customer Retention Strategies and create monthly specials

    Required 

    • Experience in assignment of jobs and acquiring parts for technitions
    • General Repair Knowledge to write estimates and direct diagnotic flow
    • Ability to Perform Inspections for basic repair direction
    • Strong Customer Service Skills
    • Inventory maintenance , ordering parts and return of cores
    • Asess customer needs, build estimates and get customer aproval for repairs
    • Highly organized

    Nice to Have Skills:

    • Experience with Diagnostic Tools
    • Estimating and Pricing Experience
    • Background in Merchandising
    • Knowledge of Retail Operations
    • Experience with Stocking and Inventory
    • Napa Trac's knowledge (mitchell pro demand is the same)
    • Able to comunicate with customers, (happy and sad)

    Salary and Benefits:

    Minimum Salary: $50,960.00

    Maximum Salary: $71,050.00
