    What are the daily job responsibilities?

    • Determining repair needs based on dealer/customer information, vehicle walk-around, inspections and gaining a signed approval for repairs.

    • Paintless Dent Removal such as creases, dings, high spots, low spots, hail damage

    • Glass Chip repair

    • Logging a list of jobs and or creating an invoice for the store the repairs are for and to communicate those to the collision center to ensure all are reconciled.

    • Communicate and work with store managers

    • Operating all equipment in the Collision Center or dealerships in a safe and productive manner, following AutoNation's Safety Standards for the use of personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection) while performing the repairs or in the shop.

    • Understanding and following federal, state, and local regulations that affect Collision Center operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA guidelines, etc

    • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customer, co-workers and suppliers.

    • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.

    What are the requirements for this job?

    • Work in a fast-paced environment with various work schedules / days / hours of operations.

    • At least two years' experience as a PDR Technician in an automotive dealership preferred.

    • Able to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.

    • Must have a valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record

    • Able to operate an automobile
