Job Purpose
As a Customer Service Representative, the individual is responsible for handling incoming 800# calls along with any written correspondence from annuitants, retirees and clients. Providing them professional, high quality and timely customer service. Following established business and compliance guidelines. In addition, executes transactions associated with incoming service requests. Accountable to maintain product and procedure knowledge.

Qualifications
Basic:
• College graduate or 2-3 years equivalent work experience in customer service.
Preferred:
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Maintain a positve, problem-solving approach and spirit of cooperation in a team enviroment.
• Ability to prioritze workload and complete assigned work within established service levels
• Strong decision-making and problemsolving skills
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel and Access
