Job Purpose

The Branch Licensing Coordinator will be the coordinator for all licensing issues, registering new advisors and employees, communicating registration and licensing updates. He/She will also be assisting the Operations manager and DM in various tasks, including recruiting. Specific duties including managing the onboarding process for new FPs, communicating licensing requirements for current FPs, processing commission and service changes, and maintaining reporting information for the Branch.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  •  should be comfortable working on multiple projects, systems, and processes and enjoy detail oriented work.
