Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Services Associate to join our Culver City team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who enjoys supporting clients, maintaining organized records, and assisting internal teams with daily operational needs. The Client Services Associate plays a key role in ensuring a positive and efficient client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between clients and internal teams

  • Maintain accurate client files and update internal systems as needed

  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily workflows

  • Follow company procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in client interactions

  • Support general office tasks as required

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
