Werktijden: 39 uur van maandag tot en met vrijdag (7.45 - 16.15 uur - vrijdag tot 15.15 uur)
Responsibilities- Uitvoeren van onderhoud, diagnostiek, probleemoplossing en reparaties op locatie aan Cummins-dieselmotoren volgens de BENELUX-normen.
- Verlenen van technische ondersteuning voor een breed scala aan toepassingen, waaronder industriële apparatuur en kritieke infrastructuur zoals datacenters.
- Reizen naar klantlocaties in België, Nederland en Luxemburg, met af en toe internationale opdrachten om belangrijke klanten te ondersteunen.
- Voer service-interventies ter plaatse uit, waaronder inspecties, foutanalyses en corrigerende maatregelen om optimale motorprestaties en betrouwbaarheid te garanderen.
- Pas je aan aan wisselende opdrachtduur, inclusief overnachtingen en langdurige internationale projecten van meerdere weken indien nodig.
- Houd je strikt aan de normen voor gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu (HSE) en volg de Cummins-procedures om veilige en efficiënte serviceactiviteiten te garanderen.
- Samenwerken met interne serviceteams binnen de Diesel Business Unit (DBU) om ondersteuning te bieden waar de operationele behoeften dat vereisen.
- Deelnemen aan een rooster voor 24/7 bereikbaarheid om te reageren op dringende serviceverzoeken, waardoor tijdige en effectieve klantenondersteuning wordt gegarandeerd.
- Enkele jaren aantoonbare ervaring in een buitendienstfunctie, met gedegen expertise in het oplossen van storingen en het repareren van industriële dieselmotoren (ervaring met Cummins is een plus).
- Vloeiend Nederlands is vereist, evenals een goede beheersing van het Engels voor documentatie en rapportage; kennis van het Frans is een pré.
- Bereidheid en flexibiliteit om regelmatig te reizen, inclusief de mogelijkheid om één of meerdere weken in het buitenland te werken voor internationale opdrachten.
