About the Role
The Human Resources Specialist will support key HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives, and employee feedback programs. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with employee-facing initiatives that help create a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and HR-related questions
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events
• Develop, distribute, and analyze employee surveys to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Track and report on employee engagement metrics and survey results
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes as needed
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience, including payroll and benefits administration
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and employee benefits programs
• Experience administering employee surveys and engagement initiatives preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and Microsoft Office systems
