Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close and financial reporting
• Manage inventory accounting, cost controls, and margin analysis
• Partner with operations on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and strengthen internal controls
• Lead AP/AR, cash flow management, and audit processes

Qualifications for the Controller:

• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, including leadership
• Strong background in manufacturing, distribution, automotive, or similar industries
• Experience with inventory and cost accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
