Full-Time | Physical Therapist

Schedule: 80 hours per pay period

Available Shifts: Flexible

Pay Range: $42.25 – $51.50 per hour (based on experience). Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Actually Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will help older adults get stronger, move better, and live more independently. You will build personalized treatment plans—not cookie-cutter protocols. If you’re a PT who wants to do meaningful work, feel supported, and actually enjoy your day-to-day, Ascend Rehab is worth a look!

-Work across outpatient, home health, and senior living settings

-Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, wellness)

-Mentor PTAs and grow your leadership skills

Qualifications Required:

-Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota
