Optimize Supply Chain Performance as an Operations Intern!
Are you ready to gain real-world supply chain experience and optimize distribution center operations for a global technology leader? Join Trimble as an Operations Intern, where you will analyze logistics performance, lead continuous improvement projects, and partner directly with leadership to transform physical warehouse workflows.

What Makes This Role Great:
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced warehousing environment, partnering directly with distribution center directors and managers to test new software, roll out automation, and implement high-impact continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across logistics, materials, engineering, purchasing, and quality to drive operational project goals.
  • Leverage ERP, PLM, and WMS programs to gather and analyze supply chain data for key decision-making.
  • Test and document new software enhancements and automation roll-outs within the distribution center.
  • Deliver data-driven process recommendations and present your capstone project findings to leadership.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to collaborate alongside senior colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented self-starter with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Basic computer proficiency with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Points For:
  • Familiarity or experience with Google Suite tools and data analytics platforms.
  • Prior exposure to warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management systems.
