FORVIA is looking for a year-round Sales Intern, Stellantis for its headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for a year-round Sales Intern, Stellantis CBU for its location in Auburn Hills, MI. The Stellantis Sales Intern interfaces with the various CBU functions including Account Director, Account Manager, Program Manager, Controller, Engineering, and Purchasing to ensure completion of commercial and program assignments.
  • Manage tooling and cash management activities, ensuring alignment between Program Management, Finance, and supplier systems.
  • Support VAVE activity tracking, including savings validation, internal consolidation, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Support the RFQ process by tracking progress with program team members, consolidating inputs, and ensuring alignment with internal milestones.
  • Manage contract data, including change tracking, customer documentation alignment, and internal compliance.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis related to Stellantis segment trends and key benchmarks.
  • Provide reporting support for weekly and monthly financial and commercial KPIs used by Stellantis CBU leadership.
  • Track and support ED&D recovery, ensuring proper documentation, timing alignment, and invoicing readiness.
  • Assist with tooling invoicing preparation and Stellantis supplier portal management to ensure accurate and timely entries.
  • Support general account management activities, including customer claims, profitability roadmap tracking, purchase order processing, VAVE support, ED&D tracking and recovery.
