    Executive Fleet Manager – Stellantis Brands

    Earnings Potential: $300,000–$800,000+ (Performance-Based)

    Reports To: General Manager / Dealer Principal

    Overview

    We are seeking a top‑tier Fleet Manager with deep experience in Stellantis brands (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) to lead and scale a high‑volume, high‑margin fleet operation. This is a career‑defining opportunity for a proven professional who thrives at the highest performance level and is motivated by uncapped earnings, autonomy, and strategic impact.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Own and grow all fleet and commercial vehicle sales for Stellantis brands

    • Develop and manage relationships with: 

        • Corporate fleets
        • Government & municipal buyers
        • Construction, logistics, utilities, and national accounts
    • Negotiate high-volume contracts while maximizing gross and backend
    • Manage OEM programs, incentives, upfits, and delivery logistics

    • Forecast inventory needs and coordinate with management and manufacturers

    • Build, mentor, and lead fleet sales staff as volume increases

    • Represent the dealership professionally with high-level decision-makers

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of successful fleet sales management experience

    • Direct experience with Stellantis brands is strongly preferred

    • Demonstrated history of six- or seven-figure fleet sales volumes

    • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value contracts

    • Strong OEM program knowledge and compliance expertise

    • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

    • Self-motivated, data-driven, and highly organized

    • Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record required

    • Understands & follows posted dealership policies & procedures

    • High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-4 year college degree in business or related field (preferred)
