As our business and presence continue to grow, we are excited to announce an exciting upcoming opportunity for a Cleaning Customer Service Supervisor with leadership and operational management experience to join our team on the Gold Coast, employed on a Full-time basis.

The Position:

  • Oversee day to day operations at the various sites.
  • Ensure employees adhere to health and safety practices. 
  • Requires self-motivation and integrity to work autonomously.
  • Adhere and inspect the cleaning site on a regular basis as per the customer standards.
  • Ensure cost effective management of the contracts.
  • Time to time conduct staff training.

Minimum Criteria:

  • Cleaning Experience with use of machinery and processes is a must.
  • Ideally 5 years of previous cleaning experience.
  • Willing to work in night shifts and as required by the site.
  • Willing to conduct training and toolboxes with the cleaning staff.
  • Valid unrestricted driver's licence  
  • Be willing to take initiative.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with proven to ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight demands.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing workplace health & safety matters.
  • Professional presentation and customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
