Location: Concord, MA
Pay Rate: $20-$23 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time (Monday-Friday; occasional evening or weekend flexibility as needed)

Position Summary
Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an organized, dependable Office Coordinator to support the daily administrative operations of our Concord facility. Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first impression
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls while responding to general inquiries
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and other administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and office records
- Operate office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and general correspondence
- Support compliance efforts by organizing required documentation and assisting with audits
- Maintain office supplies and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
- Provide administrative support to clinical and leadership staff as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service, administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office technology
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
