Pay: $67,000 - $70,000 annually

Pyramid Healthcare's Asheville ACTT Team is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide life-changing behavioral health care directly in the community.

Our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) delivers intensive mental health treatment to adults living with severe mental illness-meeting clients where they are to reduce hospitalizations, improve stability, and support recovery.

What You'll DoNursing & Medication Support
  • Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare providers
  • Monitor medication compliance and treatment progress
  • Manage medication inventory, refills, and supplies
  • Maintain provider schedules and record client vitals
  • Provide medication education to clients and staff
Community-Based Client Care
  • Travel throughout the community to meet clients where they are
  • Transport clients to appointments and community resources
  • Help remove barriers to treatment and improve continuity of care
Crisis Response & On-Call Support
  • Participate in rotating crisis phone coverage
  • Complete crisis planning and assessments
  • Assist with hospital diversion efforts
  • Support commitment procedures when clinically appropriate
QualificationsRequired

Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel throughout Buncombe County, Marshall, and surrounding areas

Preferred

Behavioral health experience
Community health experience
ACTT or crisis services experience
