Job Summary: Providing support to the Talent Acquisition Team, the Recruiter assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the  recruiting functions and duties.  The Recruiter exercises independent judgment in accordance with established policies, practices and techniques. This position also contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.  

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Consultants

  • Utilize existing resources to source candidates for open positions.

  • Manages the internal offer/transfer letters

  • Manages the interviewing workflow in the ATS

  • Manages the job description database in the ATS

  • Troubleshooting ATS system issues as needed

  • Coordination of Career Fairs

  • Other administrative responsibilities as assigned

Educational / Minimum Requirements: Some college or undergraduate degree preferred.  3+ years’ experience in same or similar role - experience in healthcare HR preferred. Experience with ATS systems a plus - Paycom ATS experience preferred. 

State/Federal Mandated Licensure or Certification Requirements:

None

Bristol Hospital Mandated Educational Requirements:

General orientation at time of hire. Fire/Safety/Infection Control annually. Other programs as mandated by Hospital. 

Special Requirements: 

None

Physical Requirements: Moderate walking, bending, stooping.  Physical and digital dexterity; occasional lifting of office supplies and materials.  Extended sitting possible.

Work Environment:  Normal office conditions.

Cognitive Requirements:The ability to use critical thinking, good attention to detail, good memory, multi-task with interruptions, and ability to think proactively.
