Location: Minneapolis, MN
Job Description:-
Seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to support a cross-functional IT team through staff augmentation. The UX Designer will lead user-centered research, design, and validation activities to ensure intuitive, accessible, and inclusive digital solutions aligned with organizational standards, accessibility requirements, and Agile delivery practices.
Minimum Qualifications:-
  1. Five (5) years' experience in User Experience (UX) designs of web-based applications
  2. Four (4) years' experience designing compliant webpages per accessibility standards WCAG 2.1 Level AA or higher
  3. Five (5) years' experience creating wireframes, protypes, and mockups
  4. Three (3) years' experience in information architecture and design
  5. Two (2) years' experience in user experience design in an agile development environment
