We are looking for a UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and user-centric interfaces for our Risk & Regulatory Reporting platforms. This role will focus on understanding user needs and simplifying complex data workflows, model outputs, and reporting processes into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. The emphasis will be on designing clear, efficient, and accessible interfaces that enhance usability and support how business and risk users interact with data.

The ideal candidate will drive the realization of the Senior UX Architect's vision, acting as a critical bridge across business, risk products, and engineering teams


Key Responsibilities

UX Design & User Experience

  • Design end-to-end UX for data-driven applications, including risk dashboards, model outputs, and reporting workflows
  • Translate complex regulatory and risk processes into intuitive, easy-to-navigate user interfaces
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with enterprise standards
  • Create consistent and scalable design systems for React-based applications

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with Risk, Business, Model Development, and Technology teams to understand workflows and pain points
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate UX approaches
  • Partner with React engineers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation

User Experience for Data & Analytics

  • Design intuitive user interfaces for data-driven applications, including analytics, model outputs, and reporting workflows
  • Improve usability of data exploration, validation, and reporting experiences for business and risk users
  • Create clear and effective visualizations to help users easily interpret complex datasets and regulatory metrics

Testing & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct usability testing with business users and model developers
  • Iterate designs using feedback, usage analytics, and operational insights
  • Optimize for performance, accessibility, and user adoption

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in enterprise or data-intensive applications
  • Strong portfolio with experience in dashboards, reporting platforms, or analytics tools
  • Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
  • Experience working with React-based frontends
  • Ability to simplify complex data workflows and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with financial risk platforms, regulatory reporting, or banking systems
  • Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau (for comparison and migration use cases)
  • Understanding of access control, governance, and audit requirements
  • Exposure to Agile delivery and CI/CD pipeline
