About Studio RNB Studio RNB is an architecture and development firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Founded in 2024, we work across municipal facilities, commercial tenant fit‐outs, luxury residential, and hospitality — including Mirror Haus, our luxury mirrored micro‐resort concept in the North Georgia mountains. We move fast, take on varied work, and care deeply about the quality of what we put out.
The Role We're looking for a Project Manager who actually understands how buildings get designed and built — and who can keep projects moving by holding people accountable, internally and externally. This isn't a paper‐pushing PM role. You need to understand design intent, construction sequencing, engineering coordination, and what it takes to get from concept to CO.
When something's falling behind or doesn't make sense, you catch it. When a consultant misses a deadline or a contractor pushes back, you handle it. When a client needs a clear answer, you give it to them — or you know exactly who on our team to loop in.
You'll be the connective tissue between our clients, our in‐house design team, and our external consultants and contractors. You run the process. You set expectations.
You follow up. You close loops. What the work looks like day‐to‐day Own client communication — status updates, deliverable coordination, schedule management, and the hard conversations when things shift Facilitate project workflow across our internal team — making sure designers have what they need and deadlines are being hit Coordinate with external consultants (structural, MEP, civil) and contractors — track their deliverables, flag issues early, hold them to commitments Run project meetings — internal syncs, consultant coordination calls, client check‐ins — and make sure action items actually get done Track budgets, timelines, and scope — know where every project stands and surface problems before they become emergencies Support CA when projects hit construction — RFIs, submittals, site visits, punch lists Step in on client‐facing situations that need a steady hand — scope creep conversations, change orders, schedule resets What We're Looking For 5–8 years of experience in architecture, construction, or development — you've seen projects go from SD through CA and understand what can go wrong at every phase Strong grasp of design, engineering, and construction processes — you don't need to produce drawings, but you need to understand what's in them and why it matters Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — and the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally Experience holding consultants, contractors, and internal team members accountable to deadlines and deliverables Familiarity with project management tools — Asana, Monday, Procore, or similar Comfort working remotely and managing your own time — we care about output, not hours logged Occasional travel for site visits in the Atlanta and North Georgia area Nice to Have Background in architecture or construction management Experience with hospitality, residential, or municipal project types Familiarity with Bluebeam, BIM 360, or other documentation/collaboration platforms Why Studio RNB Real responsibility: You're not assisting — you're running projects and owning outcomes Varied work: Municipal gyms, luxury mountain resorts, commercial fit‐outs, residential homes— no two months look the same Flexibility: Fully remote, flexible schedule — what matters is that projects move and clients are happy Growth: We're a young firm scaling across architecture, development, and hospitality.
There's real upside here for someone who wants to grow with us Compensation $3,000 - 4,000 monthly, depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
