Job description

The Vice President - International Supply Chain is responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading the endtoend international supply chain for all Inspire Brands outside of the United States. This role provides enterprise leadership across sourcing and procurement, manufacturing, demand planning, logistics, and customer service to ensure reliable supply, competitive cost of goods, and scalable international growth.

Reporting directly to the Chief Supply Officer, this role serves as a primary liaison among international brand leadership, franchisees and licensees, suppliers, regional partners, and Inspire Brands Shared Services, and ensures strong alignment with International Food Safety Quality Assurance, Commercialization and Regulatory Compliance, Field Operations, Finance, Marketing, Culinary and Development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a highperforming, multiregion international supply chain organization
  • Establish clear accountabilities, priorities, and performance expectations across the team
  • Build strong internal collaboration with Shared Services and crossfunctional partners
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to international franchisees, licensees and partners on supply chain strategy and execution

Strategy and Value Creation

  • Define and execute the international supply chain strategy to support profitable restaurant growth, menu cost targets, new market entry objectives, and brand standards across all international markets
  • Identify and realize costsavings opportunities and productivity improvements through scale, supplier consolidation, sourcing optimization, and global or regional leverage
  • Optimize cost of goods sold through informed export, import, and local sourcing decisions
  • Anticipate supply chain needs for a growing international portfolio footprint and ensure capabilities scale with growth

New Market Entry and Commercialization

  • Lead supply chain strategy and execution for new market entry and new menu items
  • Ensure markets are entered on time with compliant products, targeted menu cost of goods, and reliable supply
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Marketing, Culinary, Operations, FSQA, Development, and franchisees to ensure alignment and readiness
  • Build leverageable, repeatable solutions that unlock speed and ease of entering adjacent markets and regions

Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Management

  • Lead global, regional, and local sourcing strategies for food, ingredients, packaging, and contract manufacturing
  • Develop, execute, and manage strategic supplier relationships and supply agreements
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships between suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders, regularly introducing new supplier partners while deepening connections with legacy suppliers
  • Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and contract compliance, and lead agreement renewals
  • Leverage Inspire Brands Shared Services capabilities, systems, and tools to maximize enterprise value

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-year Degree related business or technical field required. Advanced degree preferred
  • 10 or more years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations, preferably in restaurant or food service
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi country supply chains, including sourcing, import and export, and regulatory environments
  • Significant experience leading and developing multi level, geographically dispersed teams

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES

  • Global mindset with strong cultural awareness
  • Deep experience in sourcing, procurement, negotiation, and supplier management
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to articulate cost drivers and financial impact
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and risk management skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Restaurant or food service experience strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Note: Regular domestic and international travel required (10-20%), including extended overseas travel

This position is based in our Atlanta or Dubai Support Center, with an expected on-site presence of 80%.
