Job description

Job Title: Mid-Michigan Product Sales Representative
Company: All Star Brands (An Affiliate of JARS Cannabis)
Location: Lansing, MI
Job Description:
All Star Brands, an affiliate of JARS Cannabis, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Mid-Michigan area, specifically in Lansing. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for advocating and driving the sales of All Star Brand cannabis products such as Jungle Juice, Spyder Legs, Mr Vapor and Edible Gem. This position will require frequent travel and will report to our internal All Star Brands team and corporate team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers in the Lansing area.
  • Promote, educate and sell All Star Brand cannabis products to retailers and distributors.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
  • Maintain and upkeep of CRM.
  • Educate and gain interest of retail staff members on products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cannabis industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Frequent/daily travel required to retail locations, clients, etc.
  • Knowledge of the Mid-MI market and surrounding areas.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
