Job description

Are you someone who lights up a room and genuinely enjoys connecting with people? Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Sales Representative across Canada to represent one of the country's most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product(Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way
  • Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle
  • Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource
  • Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations
  • Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application
  • Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day
  • Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
  • Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
  • Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require
