Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to step into the role of Facilities Engineering Manager for our newly acquired Farmer's Branch, TX location. Reporting to the Facilities Director, this position plays a vital role in shaping the vision, operational excellence, and ongoing advancement of our global operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor facilities including cleanroom operations, HVAC, ultrapure water (UPW) systems, chem/gas distribution, power distribution, and project management. This role ensures all facilities run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Key responsibilities:

FacilityLeadership

  • Managetechnical troubleshooting, project execution, and engineering analysisof facility systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing (e.g., HVAC, UPW, wastewater, cleanroom environments, gas/chemical delivery).

  • Manage and executesemiconductor tool installationto enable production capability andin accordance withindustry standards.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians,andcontractors to ensure reliableand safefacility operations.

  • Develop andmaintainrobust Capacity vs Demand models for the site utility systems.

  • Oversee capital improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, contractor management, and system upgrades.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and building codes, including OSHA,TCEQ,EPA, and local regulations.

  • Develop and implement facility policiesandSOPs.

  • Manage facility-related budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.

  • Drive Key Performance Indicator metricsin support ofsafety, quality,cost,and compliance.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure facilityoperatesin a cost-effective manner to support the needs of theoverall site operations leader.
