The position is based in our French office in Paris 4 Septembre.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

As our Channel & Portfolio Analyst, your main focus is to coordinate actions to protect the brand equity of our prestigious portfolio.  

In this role you will be responsible for the following missions: 

Tracking & monitoring :  

• Collaborate with global and local teams (including commercial, finance, pricing, and supply chain) to maintain an updated and relevant master file of customers, brands, and markets. 

• Assist with data collection and support the track and trace process with scanning collection and global tracking database maintenance. 

• Drive sell in vs sell out analysis per markets / channels / customers.  

• Collect data from relevant tools to provide a monthly update of the channel and portfolio tracking tool. 

• Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and support data collection for ad-hoc analysis. 

• Assist with report formalization of the analysis conducted, including recommendations to enable management’s decision-making. 

• Follow-up with the recommended actions to ensure effective implementation. 

Ad-hoc analysis: 

• Drive and perform strategic analyses for specific brands/markets. 

• Analyse key markets for Coty (market structure, competitive landscape, trends, best industry practices), leveraging internal and external sources of knowledge. 

• Work on cross-functional projects to support business growth. 

• Participate in IT solutions development/optimization projects. 

Portfolio Management: 

• Work closely with the Sales team to help monitor and manage the portfolio of accounts/distributors/retailers, in accordance with the strategy of the division and the brands. 

• Follow and ensure the correct items assortment per markets/customers to respect the global proposal and guidelines.

You will be part of the Global Value Management team, a small flexible and agile team, work closely  with several departments such as Sales, Finance, Legal and Supply and different location’s, Mainly  US and Germany. 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT 

You like to analyse data and dig in. As an experienced Analyst you are curious and  eager to learn, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you are 

• Master student (gap year or end-of-studies) in a business school or university 

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel, Power BI . 

• Creative, open-minded, proactive enthusiasm, teamwork, agility, and flexibility 

• Thrives in complex environments: Must be able to seamlessly work across multiple projects and countries, involving various stakeholders. 

• Full proficiency in English.
