What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities
As our Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to person keeping our buildings running smoothly. In this active role, your daily routine as a General Maintenance Worker will include:
  • Repairing minor plumbing (toilets, sinks) and electrical tasks (breakers, lighting, and ballasts).
  • Helping with preventative maintenance technician duties like replacing HVAC filters, changing belts, and fixing doors or walls.
  • Handling basic building carpentry, prepping, painting, and reviewing daily work orders.
  • Safely managing your daily tasks using the proper tools, company vehicle, and PPE.

What You Bring To The Team
  • 1+ years of experience in a commercial or facilities maintenance role.
  • Hands-on skills in basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and carpentry.
  • Ability to stand, climb ladders safely, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
  • A reliable, team-first attitude and great attention to detail.
