    What You'll Do
    As our Landscape Crew Leader in Training, you will learn how to lead a crew from the front lines! You'll work as an expert Landscaper and Grounds Maintenance Worker, keeping our clients' properties looking sharp. Your daily routine will include:
    • Operating weedeaters, lawnmowers, and edgers safely
    • Spreading mulch and pruning bushes
    • Planting new shrubs and flowers
    • Learning the leadership skills needed to run your own truck and crew!

    What You Bring To The Team
    • 1 to 3 years of hands-on landscaping experience
    • A valid NC or SC driver's license (must have a clean driving record!)
    • The ability to comfortably lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively throughout the day
    • A great attitude and a desire to grow into a leadership role
