What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities for Regional Janitorial Manager
In this high-impact role, you will serve as the operational cornerstone for approximately 20 educational facilities, leading a dedicated team of 5 Account Managers and supporting 250 frontline employees.   • Team Development: Directly lead, mentor, and accountability-manage 5 Account Managers overseeing ~250 frontline team members.
  • Budget & Financial Oversight: Drive profitability, control labor and supply costs, and manage multi-site operating budgets.
  • Client Relations & Quality Control: Perform routine site inspections, ensure strict contract compliance, and build lasting client partnerships.
  • Safety & Operations: Serve as the regional safety champion, ensuring site-specific safety training, compliance, and equipment maintenance.
  • 24/7 Responsiveness: Provide operational guidance and emergency escalation support across all operating shifts.

  • 2 to 5 years of progressive management experience in facilities management, commercial cleaning, or B2B service industries.
