What You'll Do
As a Day Porter, you will play a vital role in keeping our local school clean, safe, and welcoming. Working alongside the facility team, our Day Porter perform daily cleaning duties throughout the campus. Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and common areas as a dedicated school custodian.
  • Responding promptly to spill cleanups, trash removal, and light routine facility maintenance.
  • Keeping hallways, entrances, and cafeteria areas tidy throughout the school day as an active cleaner.
  • Ensuring all cleaning supplies and equipment are safely stocked and maintained.

What You Bring To The Team
  • A positive, "friendly neighbor" attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Dependability to meet the 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM schedule.
  • Previous experience as a Day Porter, custodian, or commercial cleaner is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout your shift.
