Job description

At The Budd Group, we don't just clean buildings - we develop leaders and create environments where people and teams can thrive. We are looking for a high-energy Janitorial Account Manager with a coach-focused leadership style to join our Nashville, TN team.
In this pivotal role, you will initially champion operations across two premier accounts in the Lebanon and Mt. Juliet area - a bustling commercial logistics warehouse and shipping facility, as well as a prestigious private education school - with an additional account expected to be added in the near future.
Janitorial Account Manager
  • Pay: Competitive Salary + Monthly Car Allowance

What You Bring To The Team
  • Experience: 2-5 years leading teams in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or hospitality environments.
  • Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital payroll/reporting systems.
