What You'll Do
As a Janitorial Manager in Training, you will play a hands-on leadership role overseeing daily operations at a local school site. In this position as a Custodial Supervisor, you will:
  • Manage, train, and support evening team members to maintain top-tier cleanliness standards.
  • Perform routine quality inspections and enforce all facility safety protocols.
  • Serve as the primary Cleaning Lead on-site, stepping in to support custodial tasks whenever extra support is needed.
  • Coordinate directly with school facility leaders to ensure all daily routines run smoothly.

What You Bring To The Team
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
  • Ability to successfully pass a state background check.
  • Prior janitorial, custodial, or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-first attitude.
